As Developer, Inland National Development Company, LLC (INDC) strategically aligned with Superhost Hospitality, an international hotel management company, to develop the Home2Suites by Hilton in Schaumburg. The project commenced in December of 2015, and was completed in May, 2017. Home2Suites is a newer extended-stay product that Hilton introduced in 2011, serving hotel guests that, on average, stay five or more nights in a week. The extended stay segment is operationally efficient due to the longer stays which require less daily turnover expenses.
